Ross Baldwin, President-
Ross has 7 years of Mexico manufacturing and shelter service experience. Preceding his career with TACNA, Ross was consulting with companies for twenty two years at Arthur Andersen, where he was an audit and consulting partner. He served as the office managing partner of the Arthur Andersen Sacramento office and served on the senior management committee responsible for operations of 7 Western states and more than 2,500 professionals. Ross has traveled to 25 foreign countries and 48 of the 50 states, mostly associated with business and helping companies succeed. Ross graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Accounting.
Dale Fox, Vice President Sales and Marketing-
Dale brings more than 38 years of experience helping companies operate and succeed in Mexico. He has been with TACNA for 14 years. Dale began his career with Beckman Instruments as an industrial engineer. He spent 20 years with ITT Cannon in positions of industrial engineering, production manager and plant manager in Mexico. Following deep hands on experience enjoying the benefits realized by operating in Mexico, Dale began consulting with other companies helping them set up and operate their own Maquiladoras and has been doing so for the last 19 years. He graduated from the University of California-La Vern with a masters degree in Production Management and received a bachelors degree from California State Poly-Technical College in industrial engineering.
Enrique Anaya-General Manager Mexico Operations-
Enrique Anaya has more 29 years working experience in the Maquiladora industry. His background is manufacturing, he studied at the Technological Institute in Tijuana for 3 years with an emphasis in Industrial Engineering--Electronics. During his Maquiladora career he has held many positions including production supervisor, general supervisor, production manager, quality assurance manager, manufacturing manager and plant manager in diverse companies. Enrique has consulted with Matushita and Sanyo regarding their Mexican operations. For many years Enrique has been servicing as the legal administrator for multiple Maquiladora entities through TACNA.

Thermal Flex, a division of TACNA International Corporation, is a manufacturer of premium silicone hoses and ducting for industrial, heavy truck, equipment, commercial, OEM, automotive aftermarket, marine, aerospace and food grade applications. Thermal Flex has been producing silicone hose since 1999. Products include straight hose, sleeves, elbows, couplers, reducers, transitions, hump hoses, charge air cooler hoses, radiator hoses, heater hoses, vacuum tubing and custom shapes and sizes.
